We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any physician. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and LorainMarijuana.Clinic. Any such relationship exists only between you and the independent physician you choose to book with.
We do not guarantee that you will be approved for any medical marijuana recommendation, that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price, or that a physician will accept you as a patient. Recommendation decisions are made solely by the independent CTR-certified physician at their professional discretion.
Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older and who are Ohio residents with a condition that may qualify under the State Medical Board of Ohio's approved conditions list. You must hold a valid Ohio photo ID to access medical marijuana at a licensed Ohio dispensary.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and no-show policies are governed by the policy disclosed at the time of booking and/or the independent physician's posted policy. LorainMarijuana.Clinic does not control refund decisions and is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
If you do not receive a recommendation following your appointment, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the booking platform's refund policy.
